Drone Roof Inspection in Kew Gardens, NY

Drone Roof Inspection in Kew Gardens, NY

A drone roof inspection in Kew Gardens, NY is how we inspect roofs that are unsafe or unwise to walk. Steep pitches over 8/12, three-story homes, wet or icy surfaces, clay and concrete tile that cracks underfoot, and slate all fall into that group.

Our drone pilots fly a planned pattern over each slope and capture high-resolution stills and video. We zoom on ridge caps, valleys, chimney flashing and pipe boots. The images are sharp enough to see lifted shingle edges, cracked tile, missing mortar at a chimney crown and debris packed into valleys.

A drone does not replace the attic. After the flight our inspector still goes inside to check the decking for stains, rot and daylight, and to look at insulation and ventilation. A roof inspection that skips the attic misses half the story.

Drone roof inspection is also useful for large properties where walking every square is slow, and for storm claims where the roof may be compromised. We mark each finding on an overhead image so you can see exactly where it is.

The report from Kew Gardens, NY Roof Inspection includes the aerial images, close-ups and the attic findings in one file. Call (888) 679-3978 to schedule a drone roof inspection.
